Undergraduate Internships

The Summer Research Internship (SRI) Program is designed to support promising researchers at the beginning stages of their careers. Awards made possible through generous donations to this fund enables interns to work closely with a faculty mentor, postdoctoral fellows and advanced graduate students on independent research projects. For a period of six weeks or more, students in the SRI Program are submerged in the latest technology and have the opportunity to make a contribution to cutting-edge research. It offers undergraduate students an ideal and exceptional environment to learn about different careers associated with modern health care. Each student who participates in the SRI Program receives an award stipend for the research internship and has the opportunity to present the results of his/her research in a symposium.
