Long Island Expressway (Route 495)

• Leave the Expressway at Exit 62
• Take Nicolls Road North (Route 97) for 9 miles
• Make a right turn at the Stony Brook Medicine sign
• Make a left at the second light
• Park in the Hospital Parking Garage

Northern State Parkway (East)

• Take the Northern State Parkway to the end, which becomes Veterans Memorial Highway (Route 454)
• Get in the left hand lane and bear left onto Route 347 (Nesconset Highway)
• Travel for 8.5 miles and make a left on Nicolls Road
• Make a right turn at the Stony Brook Medicine sign
• Make a left at the second light
• Park in the Hospital Parking Garage
