Why Stony Brook? I applied to Stony Brook, hoping to find a residency program that not only provided stellar clinical training, strong academics, and vast research opportunities—but more importantly, emphasized camaraderie between residents and staff. And this is exactly what I found here. On my interview day, I immediately fell in love with the program, Dr. Lane, and everyone I interacted with! It was such a warm and supportive environment that I couldn’t really imagine myself learning and developing as a resident physician anywhere else. |
