Research Mentors
In an effort to encourage faculty who would like to participate in research, the Department of Medicine has established a research mentoring program, with many of our esteemed faculty participating.
Research Core Facilities
SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine Research Core Facilities are coordinated under the Office of Scientific Affairs. The goal of these facilities is to provide commonly used technologies to the campus, and thus facilitate the research.
NYC TRAIN KUHR
We're thrilled to announce that NYC Train KUHR received a 5-yr, $6.5 million grant from the NIH/NIDDK to create a research training program in fields of kidney, urology, & hematology. Accepting applications through 10/31/22.
LINCATS Mentored Career Development Program
The LINCATS mission is to serve as a catalyst for novel translational science investigations and the formation of new collaborative teams. Call for Proposals is now open! All application materials must be submitted by 11/15/22.
